SCHEDULE OF CLASSES
Continuing Education Schedule
- The State of Delaware requires a total of 15 hours in Continuing Education Courses, including three (3) hours in Legislative Updates topics and three (3) hours in Core Course Topics for Sales Associates, and (6) hours for Brokers. (Resident license renewals due 4/30/08, Non-residents due 4/30/09)
- The State of Maryland requires a total of 15 hours in Continuing Education Courses, three (3) of which must be in Legislative Updates and 1.5 hours Fair Housing. The new law states, effec.10/1/05, licensees must have 3 hours of Maryland-only Code of Ethics when renewing. Licensees licensed more than 10 years require a total of 7.5 hours, 3 of which must be in Legislative Updates, 1.5 hours Fair Housing, and 3 hours in the Maryland Code of Ethics. Note: for four years, from 10/1/05, the hours required for licensees with more than 10 years will progressively increase until the same 15 hours are required.)
- The State of Pennsylvania requires 14 hours of Continuing Education-all electives, with a minimum of 2 hours/course; there are no required courses.
CIRC WILL ARRANGE FOR CLASSES TO SPONSOR THROUGH OTHER COURSE PROVIDERS, OFFERING A DISCOUNT TO CIRC MEMBERS. STAY POSTED, AS ADDITIONAL COURSES WILL BE POSTED FROM TIME TO TIME.
Accredited: All classes and instructors are approved for continuing education credits by the Delaware Real Estate Commission, as well as for Pennsylvania and Maryland, as noted.
