SCHEDULE OF CLASSES
Continuing Education Schedule
- The State of Delaware now requires a total of 20 hours in Continuing Education Courseswhich includes seven (7) three (3) hour CORE MODULES, numbered 1 to 7. (Resident and Non-Resident license renewals due April 30 of “even“ years)
- The State of Maryland requires for Residential Licensees a total of 15 hours in Continuing Education Courses, which must include 3.0 hours Legislative, 3.0 hours MD Ethics, and 1.5 hours Fair Housing, and 7.5 hours electives. Licensees with the Commercial designation do not require fair housing as part of their 15 hours, and those with law or real estate degrees require 7.5 hours, including 3.0 hours Legislative, 3.0 hours MD ethics, and 1.5 hours Fair Housing (if residential) or 1.5 hours electives (if commercial). - The State of Pennsylvania requires 14 hours of Continuing Education-all electives, with a minimum of 2 hours/course; there are no required courses.
CIRC WILL ARRANGE FOR CLASSES TO SPONSOR THROUGH OTHER COURSE PROVIDERS, OFFERING A DISCOUNT TO CIRC MEMBERS. STAY POSTED, AS ADDITIONAL COURSES WILL BE POSTED FROM TIME TO TIME.
