    Eugene A. "Gene" Delle Donne, Vice President of Delle Donne & Associates, will present their plans for "Avenue North," a mixed-use redevelopment of the AstraZeneca site on Concord Pike. The project will create approximately 1.86 million square feet of office, residential, retail, restaurant, and hotel accommodations on the 80-acre campus. The $400 million development will add about 100,000 square feet of office space to the existing 860,000 square feet. The project will create 335 apartments, a fitness center, day care facility, 175,000-square foot hotel and conference center, and 200,000 square feet of retail, plus more for restaurants, as well as structured parking to serve parking needs.

    Meet Gene: Eugene A. Delle Donne is a Vice President of Delle Donne & Associates (DDA).  Since joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Delle Donne has become a direct report to the company President where he has assisted in setting up and maintaining the Company’s operational infrastructure to support project development and project management.  Currently, Mr. Delle Donne’s responsibilities within DDA include project development from design to project completion, leasing/lease execution, and asset/property management.  As lead asset manager, Mr. Delle Donne currently oversees over 3.5 million square feet of commercial development. 

    On top of his duties at DDA, Mr. Delle Donne also serves as manager of Elena, LLC.  Here, he has managed and structured business deals for 2015 WNBA MVP, Elena Delle Donne.  Most recent partnership deals include Nike, Gatorade, and Christiana Care Health Care Health System.

    A luncheon buffet will be served with two hot entrees and selections to satisfy all.
