    Register now to attend our February 12 membership luncheon.

    Lang Development Group (LDG) will share an update of the Hyatt Place Newark project also known as the 'Green Mansion'.  This unique mixed-use project incorporates a property on the National Historical Register, a 144-room Hyatt Place hotel, 20,000 square feet of downtown office space and a parking garage. The project brings a new economic driver to Newark and should revitalize Newark’s Main Street upon its completion.

    We will hear from Jeff Lang, Owner, and Chris Locke, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, of LDG. Jeff oversees all aspects of project development and financing, commercial construction, leasing and management of the properties in the LDG portfolio. The company was started in 2001 and has grown into the largest landlord for commercial and residential space in downtown Newark. Chris has been with LDG since 2005 and oversees the operations of the residential portfolio, legal matters, and government relations. Click HERE to see full biographies of our speakers.

    A luncheon buffet will be served with two hot entrees that are sure to satisfy all.
