Welcome back from the summer break. Hope you had a great summer vacation and are ready to get back in the groove and do a little networking with your CIRC friends and business associates.
In conjunction with our normal monthly meeting, we will hold a class to provide instructionabout using the new Delaware Commercial Broker's Lien Law. In addtion to its utilitarian value, the class is also accredited as a Delaware Module 6 class for 3.0 credit hours, as well as 3.5 elective credits for Pennsylvania and 1.5 (commerical lien) credits for Maryland.
