Need More Continuing Education Credits before April 30, 2008?
Colin McGowan of Frederick Academy of Real Estate reports they will be scheduling the following classes:
March 4, 2008 at Embassy Suites Hotel, Newark, Broker Core Course all day, and then finishing with the Sales Persons Core in early evening. They will extend the discounted pricing arrangement for CIRC members for these two required courses (must phone or fax F.A.R.E. to indentify yourself for special pricing).
They will also bring a Delaware Legal course to Newark and Chadds Ford, but no dates yet. Stay posted.

2007 Membership Dues of $75 are Now Due
We are happy to report that slightly more than 50% of our membership - 156 people to be exact - took advantage of the early payment discount. If you haven't yet renewed your dues, the amount now due is $75.00 - payable to CIRC. An online renewal payment system is in the works and we hope will go live in the next week.
