Members Show & Tell - Feburary 21, 2008
This is your opportunity to See and Be Seen. We will hold this year's popular Members' Presentations meeting at Delaware National Country Club. Exhibitors must pre-register for presentation space, and attendees will want to plan to arrive early with plenty of business cards to share and win some raffle prizes.
Verbal presentors...beware! We will have a guest "hooker" this year ... exceed your 2 minutes of fame and you'll find out who it is!
An Exhibitor Registration will soon be emailed directly to all members...but payment can be made online when you register to attend the lunch.

Register now for those continuing education classes you still need for Delaware resident licensee renewal on 4/30/08. Frederick Academy of Real Estate has the following offerings, and if you let them know (by phone or fax) you are a CIRC member, they will extend you a $5 discount per class:

Maryland Real Estate Licensees have Unique Requirements
If you are a Maryland Licensee, you may still need 1.5 credit hours of Fair Housing, and 3.0 credit hours on the new Maryland Code of Ethics. CIRC will not be sponsoring any classes that meet these requirements, but we will note that one place you can obtain these credits online is through Frederick Acadamy of Real Estate.
