The CIRC Membership Committee, chaired by Jim Manna, will meet prior to the March 9 luncheon to review and approve new membership applications. 

Any prospective member who has attended a meeting, but not yet filled out our online Membership Registration Form, please do so prior to February 24.


Memberships renewals for 2016 are now overdue. If your dues ($80) have not been received, your account has become deactivated. You may try to renew online, but if you require an invoice to make payment for your 2016 Dues, please contact Janet at

Thank you for many of you who quickly got your membership paid up to date. Invoices are now being sent to those who haven't yet renewed. 

Once your membership is inactive, your Profile will not display in our MEMBESHIP SEARCH DIRECTORY.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware Represented in Tandem

We were pleased to hear from Dawn O'Neill (right), the new Resource Development Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware about the charitable donation collected from our CIRC members at the December holiday luncheon. We also learned that Secretary Jennifer O'Neill (left) serves on the Board of Directors of the organization and was proud to mention the new Dover facility that just opened.

New Castle County UDC Revisions Discussed

Paul Morrill, Executive Director of The Committee of 100, provided CIRC members with a brief overview of the important discussions currently in progress at the New Castle County Government offices concerning proposed changes to the Unified Development Code (UDC). Several members of CIRC are participating in focus groups to provide feedback to members of the departments of Land Use and Planning.
