New Legal Documents in the Works!
We are seeking commercial real estate member brokers interested in joining an ad hoc committee to review new Commercial office, retail and industrial lease updates and the creation of new legal documents including listing agreements for leasing and sales and a general agreement of sale.
These documents are in the works by a group of real estate attorneys, including Buddy Berger, Doug Hershman, and Andy Taylor for CIRC. The ad hoc committee members will be required to review documents and provide comments as needed. We expect this to occur between June and August.
If you are interested, please let Janet know (email@example.com). Currently, Greg Ellis and Marvin Sachs are on this committee. We are looking for up to four more brokers who will serve.
