He will discuss the new changes to the Unified Development Code (UDC) and what that will mean to the developers, businesses, and brokers working with clients that would like to call New Castle County "home." More about Rich Hall can be found on our Meetings/Events page. See BIO here.
A Luncheon Buffet will be served with two entrees and plenty of selections to satisfy all people.

Continuing Ed Correction - Did you take our April 12 (PM) Module 1/Fair Housing?
Read on only "IF" you are a Pennsylvania licensee "AND" you took our April 12 Fair Housing class.
Due to a typographical error on the Pennsylvania certificates for our April 12 morning class "Fair Housing," corrected certificates will be reissued to those who received a Pennsylvania certificate. (This class was an "Elective" for PA and the use of word "Required" was an oversight given that the course was a "Required" course in DE, MD, and NJ.)
If you are planning to attend the May 10 classes, bring your Pennsylvania certificate back with you and pick up your new one (this one certificate will have either one or two PA classes taken on April 12 shown on it - BRING THIS CERTIFICATE WITH YOU TO NEXT CLASS TO BE REPLACED). Otherwise, your new one will be mailed to you but the course provider MUST HAVE THE INCORRECT certificates returned to them first. You will receive an email directly from Frederick Academy of Real Estate regarding the replacement of this certificate.
