Register now for our next monthly Membership Luncheon, conveniently positioned between morning and afternoon Continuing Education classes on Wednesday, October 21 at the Clarion Hotel-The Belle on Route 13.

Where do you stand with your C.E. credit hours for License Renewal?
Here's the BOTTOM LINE for Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland Licensees:
"IF" you took CIRC-sponsored classes (Foreclosure and Leg. Update) on January 15, 2009 (at the Chase Center), you would have:
DE: 3 hrs. Legislative Update (required), and 3 hrs. Electives
PA: 7 hrs. Electives
MD: 3 hrs. Legal Update and 3 hrs. Electives
"IF" you take CIRC-sponsored (Salespersons' Core and TICs/TDE) classes on October 21, 2009 (at the Clarion Hotel), you will have:
DE: 3 hrs. Salespersons' Core (mandatory for Salespersons; 3 hrs Electives for Brokers), and 3 hrs. Electives
PA: 7 hrs. Electives
MD: 6 hrs. Electives
"IF" you take CIRC-sponsored Broker's Core on January 13, 2010 (at the Clarion Hotel), you will have:
DE: 6hrs. Broker's Core (mandatory for Brokers; 6 hrs electives for Salespersons)
PA: 7 hrs. Electives
MD: 3 hrs. Legal Update (required) and 3 hrs. Electives
At this point...YOU WOULD BE DONE in Delaware and Pennsylvnia. For Maryland, you would still need 1.5 hrs. Fair Housing and 3 hrs. Maryland Code of Ethics, which you can get ONLINE at www.frederickacademy.net.

Delaware Licensees: Do you still need your Legislative Update required course?
Frederick Academy of Real Estate is offering a 3 hr. course on "Understanding Agency" which meets the Delaware Legislative Update requirement. If you DID NOT take the CIRC-sponsored course last January 15th, then this course may be for you. Note: this is NOT a CIRC-sponsored class. It is being given at on Tuesday, October 20 (the day BEFORE our next classes on Oct. 21) at Embassy Suites in Newark. You must register directly with Frederick Academy for this class.
