HURRY...It' not too late to attend DEDO's 2009 BRAC Business and Beyond Conference THIS Friday!

Don't forget the DEDO-sponsored BRAC Business and Beyond Conference scheduled for the Chase Center this Friday, October 30, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 
If you have not pre-registered, you can still attend as a "walk in" for a fee of $65 at the door. This conference will provide Delaware businesses with information on contracting opportunities and the transformation occurring at APG. The conference will feature United States Army Headquarters Small Business Program Office officials and the top defense contractors and subcontractors supporting Fort Monmouth and APG.

Everybody WINS with the New COMMERCIAL Broker's Core on January 13!

We had a great turnout for our October 21 Sales Core and Tenants in Common/Tax Deferred Exchanges classes, and we thank you for your participation! Our next one will make everyone a winner! The all new Commercial Brokers' Core (6 hrs. Required for Brokers) can now also be taken for 6 hrs. Elective credits for salespersons in DE, 7 hrs. Elective credits in PA, and 3 hrs. Elective/3 hrs. Legal in MD!

Most attendees stayed for our monthly lunch and enjoyed hearing about the Christian Mall expansion plans from Steve Chambliss of General Growth Properties, Inc. On Jan. 13 we will again host a montly lunchen and will provide a legislative update presented by a senior Delaware legislator.
