If your Membership Dues for 2010 have not been paid, your account has now become "Inactive." This means that you will:

Not be permitted to Login for member benefits, update your Profile, or to make dues payment
Pay non-member rates for events attended.
Will have no access to online Member SEARCH DIRECTORY or other member benefits
Not have a PROFILE on the online Membership Directory and may not receive notices to events or continuing education
Not be included in the Annual hardcopy Directory that will be distributed at the April meeting.

Members ... UPDATE YOUR PROFILE FOR BEST RESULTS

Before we print the hardcopy CIRC MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY...all members should update their online PROFILES to communicate the best and most accurate information about the services and/or products you provide. This is the only source of information that will go into the directory.

Real Estate Licensees...April 30 is QUICKLY APPROACHING!

Real Estate Sales Associates and Brokers... have you met all of your license renewal requirements for Continuing Education? April 30 is the deadline.

CIRC has completed its offerings for this cycle, but other course providers may still lhave what you need. On our Continuing Education web page, you'll find information on Frederick Academy's March 10 Sales and Brokers Core Courses at the Newark Embassy Suites, and Cecil County BOR's March 13 Maryland Code of Ethics and Predatory Lending. You might also check on New Castle County BOR website for their classes.
