MEMBER RESOURCES - LEASES

The board of directors is pleased to make available for the exclusive use of CIRC members the 4/03 revised commercial Office, Industrial and Retail Lease Forms for Delaware and Pennsylvania, which have been modified and updated on behalf of Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of New Castle County ("CIRC") and TriState REALTORS® Commercial Alliance by Benjamin Berger, Esq., who is now with Riper Riley Hollin & Colagreco.

CIRC is offering its members two methods to access and use these leases: (1) hard (paper) copies of these leases, or, (2) electronic versions on CD-Rom.

One set of hard copies will be mailed, on request, to members free, except for the $5 cost of postage and handling. The CD-Rom includes two versions of each lease: one is a Standard Form lease that allows "form fields" to be filled in, but does not allow the standard text to be edited; the second is an editable version which will allow not only the form fields to be filled in but also permits "tracked changes" to be made to the text. The CD-Rom includes an Introduction with information about using the new electronic versions. There is a nominal fee of $25 to cover production, handling and shipping.
