Artificial Intelligence ("AI")
The Promise, Potential and Pitfalls

Learn how AI-powered systems may be transforming the CRE brokerage, valuation, A&E design, and asset/property management fields!

Keynote speaker:
Dr. David J. Wilk, MAI, CRE
Professor & Director of the RE Program
Temple University, Fox School of Business

Artificial intelligence (AI) has exploded into the public consciousness recently with the proliferation of generative AI for the masses as typified by Chat GPT.

It is transforming the financing industry by automating tasks, improving risk assessment, and reducing the time it takes to evaluate a loan application. Through AI-powered systems, lenders can analyze vast amounts of data to predict risk, estimate property values, and assess borrower creditworthiness. This enables lenders to make more informed decisions and reduces the risk of default.

Although AI offers seemingly unlimited promise, it also carries significant potential risk if not properly understood in providing professional services such as commercial and industrial real estate brokerage, valuation, A&E, design, and asset/property management.

Come, begin to learn about the possibilities for AI at all levels of users through the following topics:

  • What are the impacts and issues around AI for the Real Estate (RE) profession and industry?
  • Will AI and Machine/Deep Learning Replace Humans?
  • What Global experts are saying about AI?
  • Companies Shaping AI in RE
  • Applications for RE
  • Benefits of AI in RE
  • Pitfalls of AI in RE
  • AI as a Tool for Optimizing RE and Human Capital
