About the Office Market Presentation: The Office Market Panel will include three top commercial real estate professionals in our local office market. These individuals will include office leasing and sales brokers and a developer who will discuss the state of the local office market from new development, refinancing stresses, special servicing, defaults to redevelopment. Moderator Jay L. White, MAI, CRE will lead the discussion covering a variety of topics including tenants' flight to quality, less space needs, costs of tenancy (rents and TI packages), concessions (free rent, moving allowance, etc.), as well as older building functional obsolescence (MEP), distress, delinquencies, defaults and foreclosures + conversions or demolition.
